Bread worth crossing town for.

Sourdough with a three-day starter, croissants laminated by hand, cinnamon knots the size of your fist. Baked at dawn, gone by noon.

Two ovens, one obsession.

We started with a starter, a jar of flour and water named Clive, and a deck oven in a garage. Six years on, the garage is a shop on Miller Lane and Clive still raises every loaf. Nothing frozen, nothing shipped in, nothing we wouldn't put on our own table.
